Sven is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years experience. Sven holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology from University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Sven has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the New South Wales Institute of Sport, as a Sport Scientist at the Sydney Academy of Sport and as an Exercise Physiologist in his own practice. In addition, Sven has lectured in Exercise Physiology units at a number universities. As a clinician, Sven has worked with a wide range of individuals: from Olympians, elite sporting teams through to individuals with chronic diseases.

Sven's private practice - 'Exercise Matters' will design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.

Change Ways Psychology is a private psychology practice dedicated to supporting the mental health & well-being of adults and young people using evidence-based interventions.

Dr Jasmine Green is an advocate for people - not just strategies & techniques. She supports people to be an agent of change in their own life. Change Ways Psychology aims to assist people to find a more helpful way of responding to the issues that ‘get in the way’ of living the life people want for themselves.

Dr Green's approach & interventions are drawn from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to:
Cognitive-Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS), & Positive Psychology. Dr Green also consults with schools to design tailored school wellbeing seminars for staff / students and parents. She also offers mentoring to school psychologists.

Dr Green is available for appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday during school hours.

Teresa is an experienced clinical psychologist who specialises in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders & related conditions in adolescents and adults. Her career has included both research and therapy. Teresa is a compassionate psychologist who takes a collaborate and active approach to treatment. You can expect to be provided with evidence-based therapeutic approaches that have been specifically tailored to consider individual circumstances. Treatment will focus on building skills and learning to apply them in various areas of your life. Above all else, Teresa aims to create an environment where you feel understood and safe so that you can reflect, gain insight, develop new skills and grow.

Teresa is currently available for appointments on Fridays during business hours.



Danielle is a registered psychologist who is passionate about creating a therapeutic relationship with her clients that is warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. 

Danielle works with adults and uses evidence-based therapies aligned with client goals, including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused and solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused CBT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing and EMDR therapy. 

Danielle holds a Master of Professional Psychology (University of the Sunshine Coast). She is committed to maintaining a client-centred approach to therapy to work alongside clients to build insight, resilience, practical skills, and cognitive strategies to manage distress, and nurture goals of living a rich and fulfilling life.

Extensive prior experience in corporate business has led Danielle to an interest in work-life balance and managing daily stressors. Danielle has continued this interest as a Psychologist where she completed research in work-life balance and parenting of FIFO workers.

Danielle offers 1:1 consultations both in clinic and online. She will be available in the clinic 2 days a week.

Lauren D’Arsie is an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist, who applies a unique, holistic approach in her work with parents, babies and children utilising her sound knowledge and experience in paediatric Physiotherapy combined with the Feldenkrais Method and Child'Space Method.

Lauren offers individual one-on-one therapy sessions for children who require special attention, as well as group parent and baby classes to support infant development and facilitate optimal parent-baby attunement.

Lauren is a registered Better Start Provider and is an approved and accredited NDIS provider. She specializes in working with children with various neurological, motor and sensory difficulties. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APAM) and the Australian Feldenkrais Guild (MAFG).



Vicky Marsay is a registered counsellor who has completed a Master in Counselling. Her keen interest in couple and family relationships was borne from her previous experience as a registered Midwife where she worked extensively with women, partner’s and families. Vicky was privileged to bear witness to the transitions that occur during this significant life period. Oaktree is a counselling service that supports women and their partners adjusting to the transition of pregnancy and the postnatal period, works with improving family relationships, and has a focus on couples and individuals at any life stage, experiencing difficulties in their relationships. Vicky welcomes the opportunity to work alongside you to explore those issues that may be affecting your relationships and wellbeing.

Simone in an experienced Childbirth Educator teaching the Positive Birth Program by Hypnobirthing Australia - an evidence-based method of preparing for, and embracing labour and birth with a belief that birth is a natural and normal function of the female body. 

These evidence-based classes teach practical tools & techniques so you and your birth partner can prepare for a positive & empowered birth experience, regardless of how your baby enters the world. Participants will leave the class feeling confident, educated, equipped and supported to approach their unique birthing journey calmly and without fear. Alexi is a fully qualified and association registered naturopath, having completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). Alexi is particularly passionate about creating a safe space to empower younger women to understand and appreciate their bodies & menstrual cycle in order to reconnect with themselves and take control of their health to bring It back into balance.

She has a special interest in the area of genitourinary and intimate health including the vaginal microbiome and uses a clinical, yet holistic and empathic approach to finding the root cause in order to optimise health and self-confidence. 

Alexi’s other main areas of interest include skin concerns, stress, and anxiety as well as, of course the role of the gut in every function of the body.

Dr Carl Thistlethwayte is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, a Certified Heath and Well-Being Coach and a Bone Densitometry Technologist. Carl now offers Dexa (DXA) Body Scans at the Noosa Mind & Body Clinic (Body Compositions Scans & Bone Density Scan).

Carl enjoyed 13 years of “hands on” clinical practice as chiropractor prior retiring due to a chronic repetitive strain injury in 2019. Since then he has pursued a career in lifestyle medicine, health coaching and academia and has worked for the last 3 years as a sessional lecturer in applied clinical nutrition at Central Queensland University. Carl adopts a person-centered, coach approach to support clients in co-designing health goals to facilitate sustainable health behavior changes in conjunction with their exercise physiology prescriptions.
