Mark considers that each client is unique, tailoring therapy to the individual needs of everyone he works with. He views the therapy process as a collaborative and active space and believes that therapy is not just about talking and skill building, but also about experiencing emotions in the moment and learning how these shape our thoughts, behaviours, and experiences. Mark’s focus is to work with clients to achieve a greater sense of self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to cope with the challenges of life.
